Centre Manager experience isn’t specifically necessary, you could be (or have been) a Room Leader, Educational Leader, Assistant Manager or similar.

You should also have:
- minimum of 2 years’ experience working in an early learning environment, ideally showing progression to more senior roles such as Room Leader, Educational Leader or 3IC/2IC roles;
- experience supervising or mentoring a team;
- Diploma in Children's Services or Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood), and/or studying towards a Bachelor Degree in Education;
- working knowledge of CCS (Child Care Subsidy) Guidelines;
- excellent organisational skills with proven experience juggling a wide range of demands and priorities;
- a strong understanding of Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF), Victorian Early Years Learning and Development Framework (VEYLDF) and National Quality Standards (NQS);
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- strong computer and technology skills; and
- dedication and passion for developing the future of children.
